U.S. M81 Woodland Camouflage

Collection: U.S. M81 Woodland

The U.S. “M81” Woodland Camouflage, introduced in the early 1980s, was the standard pattern for all branches of the U.S. military until the mid-2000s. An evolution of the Vietnam-era ERDL design, it features larger, more defined shapes for improved concealment in diverse environments. Used widely in Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs) and tactical gear, the M81 was eventually replaced by newer patterns like the UCP and OCP but remains popular among military units, tactical enthusiasts, and hunters for its historical significance and versatility.
