Return & Refund Policy
At Concealing Coloration, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our streamlined, self-serve returns feature makes it easy to manage returns directly through your account at servicefile.concealingcoloration.com. Please review the following guidelines for our returns and refunds.
Return Window You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. This 30-day period begins on the delivery date.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are not provided; however, specific instructions on where and how to send the item will be shared once your return request is approved.
No Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom and personalized made-to-order items. These are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).
Sets and Bundles Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full. Partial returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges For faster service, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
International Returns We accept returns from the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand as follows:

European Union: A 14-day cooling-off period from delivery applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, except for custom and personalized made-to-order items (see Non-Returnable Items above). Items must be new, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item.

Australia and New Zealand: Returns are accepted under the standard 30-day return policy, with items in new, unused condition and proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, except for EU returns which are processed within 14 calendar days (see International Returns above). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@concealingcoloration.com.
Shipping Limitations Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
