Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Manage everything through our self-serve returns portal at servicefile.concealingcoloration.com, or email us at contact@concealingcoloration.com.

Exchanges are free. Wrong size, wrong fit, or you want a different pattern — we'll swap it and cover return shipping within the United States and Canada.

Refunds. Change-of-mind returns are reimbursed as store credit or an e-gift card, which never expires and can be applied to any future order. We cover return shipping within the United States and Canada; international customers are responsible for return shipping. Store credit is issued within 10 business days of us receiving your item.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item? That's on us. You get a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — your choice — plus prepaid shipping. Please don't ship it back before contacting us: email a photo to contact@concealingcoloration.com and we'll resolve it right away. This applies worldwide.

Where to send your return. Once your request is approved we'll confirm the address and, for United States and Canada returns, provide a prepaid label. US returns are received at our Oakland, California facility; Canadian and international returns are received in Toronto. Always include the return packing slip inside the parcel so we can match it to your order.

Not eligible for return:

• Clearance and final sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom and personalized made-to-order items. These are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).

Sets and bundles. Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted.

No restocking fee. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

International returns. We accept returns from the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand as follows:

• European Union: A 14-day cooling-off period from delivery applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, except for custom and personalized made-to-order items (see above). Items must be new, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As required under EU law, approved cooling-off refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item; this overrides the store credit terms above.

• Australia and New Zealand: Returns are accepted under the standard 30-day policy, with items in new, unused condition and proof of purchase.

Where local consumer protection law requires a refund to the original payment method, we honor that requirement.

Shipping limitations. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
