• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend. Customers will be notified via email of any significant delays.


US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery option.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, weather, or carrier-related factors.


International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s status and location until delivery.


Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing an order.


Lost or Damaged Shipments:
