Two kinds of order

Stockists

Independent shops and concept stores carrying the range at retail. Patterns may be mixed across an order; size runs follow the standard XS–2XL or a split run at the same unit price.

Groups and events

A single pattern across a crew, team or event — everyone in the same shirt, sized individually. Send the head count and the size list; the run is printed together so the pattern matches piece to piece.

How it works

Five stages

Enquiry Company or group, region, and the ranges or head count under consideration, by email.
Line sheet Confirmed pricing, pattern availability and size runs issued.
Deposit 50% on order; the schedule starts from cleared deposit.
Production Printed and assembled to order in the size run agreed.
Transit Tracked freight from Toronto; balance on despatch.

Terms

Standing conditions

Minimum

12 units per order, in multiples of 12. Patterns may be mixed across the order.

Size runs

Standard run XS–2XL. Split runs and individual size lists are available at the same unit price.

Lead time

Two to four weeks from cleared deposit, depending on order size. Event dates are confirmed on the line sheet.

Payment

50% deposit on order, balance on despatch. Bank transfer or card.

Freight

Tracked freight from Toronto, charged at cost. Duties and import fees are the buyer's.

Returns

Trade orders are produced to order and are not returnable except for fault.

Territory

No exclusivity by default. Regional arrangements are discussed case by case.
