Size Guide
Our apparel is cut for a regular fit unless the product page says otherwise. If you are between sizes, size up in outerwear and layering pieces, and size down in performance and compression styles.
How to measure
Measure over your underwear, not over clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, without pulling. Compare your measurements to the garment charts on each product page — and where a garment is measured flat, the chart states so.
- Chest / bust — around the fullest part, under the arms, with the tape level across the back.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hip — around the fullest part of the seat, feet together.
- Inseam — from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle, along the inside of the leg.
- Sleeve — from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
- Head — around the forehead, roughly one finger-width above the eyebrows and ears.
- Foot — stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure the distance in centimetres. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are largest, and use the larger foot.
Apparel sizing
Tops, bottoms, base layers, and swim run 2XS through 6XL, though the range offered varies by style — the size selector on each product page shows exactly what that garment is made in. Garment-specific measurements are listed on the product page itself, because a rash guard, a hoodie, and a pair of leggings in the same nominal size are cut very differently.
- Performance and swim (rash guards, leggings, sports bras, base layers) are cut close to the body and are intended to fit snugly. Take your true measurement.
- Tees, long sleeves, and jerseys are a regular fit with room to layer a base layer underneath.
- Hoodies, sweatshirts, and jackets are cut roomy by design, to be worn over a mid-layer. If you want a close fit, size down.
Headwear
Flexfit caps are fitted and stretch to the wearer, in S/M (approx. 55–58 cm head circumference) and L/XL (approx. 58–61 cm). Five-panel and six-panel caps are one size with an adjustable closure.
Footwear
Sneakers, hi-tops, slip-ons, and clogs are listed in US sizing — men's 7 to 13 and women's 5 to 12, in half sizes. Our footwear runs true to size. If you are between half sizes, or wear a thick technical sock, take the larger size.
Men's and women's footwear are built on different lasts, not simply relabelled. If you normally wear a women's US 8 and are looking at a men's style, that is approximately a men's US 6.5.
Pet
Dog collars come in S, M, and L. Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape where the collar sits, add two finger-widths, and check that figure against the adjustable range shown on the product page.
