The Kamysh Camouflage, also known as “Cane Camouflage”, is a Russian Tiger Stripe-inspired pattern widely used by OMON (Special Purpose Mobile Unit) and other Russian special forces units. Developed for woodland and jungle environments, its bold, horizontal stripes in shades of green, brown, and black mimic natural light and shadow, offering effective concealment in dense vegetation. The irregular, varied-width stripe pattern helps disrupt the wearer’s silhouette, making it well-suited for tactical operations and reconnaissance missions. Kamysh camo has seen extensive use in paramilitary and law enforcement operations, reinforcing its reputation as a highly functional and recognizable camouflage pattern within Russian forces.
