The Pietruszka “Parsley” Camo SS Rash Guard is a close-fitting base layer for no-gi BJJ and high-intensity training. Made from a lightweight, quick-drying knit, it provides a secure, supportive fit that tracks the body through grappling, drilling, and conditioning work. Moisture-wicking properties help manage sweat and reduce cling, so the fabric stays close to the skin without feeling heavy over longer sessions.
This version uses the Pietruszka “Parsley” camouflage, introduced in 1952 as Poland’s first official military pattern and originally issued to elite reconnaissance units. The design is built from intricate, parsley-like leaf shapes in green set against a khaki ground, echoing temperate foliage and undergrowth. On a training layer, the repeated leaf motifs read as dense organic texture up close, then merge into a broken, foliage-like field at distance, giving a historically rooted, reconnaissance-inspired look that still feels functional in both gym and outdoor environments. Short sleeves keep the forearms clear for grip and hand fighting, while the fitted cut is intended to minimize drag, reduce fabric shifting, and limit handholds during no-gi grappling. Flat, soft-feeling seams and a smooth interior help reduce friction against the skin.
Built from recycled performance fibers with UPF 50+ protection and certified to OEKO-TEX 100 and GRS standards, this rash guard functions as a reliable technical base layer for no-gi BJJ and other demanding training environments where mobility, coverage, and fabric performance are priorities.

Camouflage Information:
The Polish Cold War Era 1960s Pietruszka camouflage pattern, first issued to Polish troops around 1952, features finely-detailed leaf shapes in foliage green on a yellowish-tan or khaki background. Believed to be of Soviet origin, this pattern is nicknamed "Pietruszka" or "parsley" camouflage due to its intricate leaf design. After Poland discarded the pattern, it was adopted by Romania. The Pietruszka pattern remains a significant part of military camouflage history, and its rare surviving examples without Romanian markings are highly valued by collectors.
